DMCA Policy
Last Updated: July 26, 2024
Celendos Dremax respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Celendos Dremax responds to claims of copyright infringement and how you may submit a notice if you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright.
1. Notification of Claimed Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent. Your notification must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform, such as a URL or specific description.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not receive a response or may be returned for clarification. Submitting a false or misleading infringement notice may result in legal liability.
2. Designated DMCA Agent
All DMCA notices must be submitted to our designated copyright agent using the contact details below. Notices sent through other channels may not be processed in a timely manner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled, such as a URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court in the territory in which you are located, or if you are located outside that territory, any competent jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notification or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content in accordance with applicable law, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action against you within the prescribed period.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Celendos Dremax maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if they have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices or if they repeatedly upload or share content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
5. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all content hosted, delivered, or made accessible through the Celendos Dremax platform, including but not limited to course materials, video content, written resources, downloadable assets, and user-submitted content.
6. Good Faith and Accuracy
Submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice is a legal action. Any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under applicable copyright law. We encourage all parties to act in good faith and to verify their claims before submission.
7. Modifications to This Policy
Celendos Dremax reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
